Smoked salmon mousse in a savory waffle cone served with a spinach aioli

Mixed olive tapenade bruschetta with feta

Second Course - Choice of Soup or Salad

Crab & corn bisque garnished with a charred corn salsa

Classic heirloom tomato caprese salad with basil chiffonade

Third Course - Choice of Entree

Grilled beef tenderloin medallions with a port wine, blue cheese gastrique. natural top baby carrots & zucchini along with Peruvian purple potatoes
 
"Brick" pressed chicken served on spinach and roasted garlic ravioli, sauced in a pesto cream, topped with pine nuts and fresh Parmigiano-Reggiano

Pan roasted grouper and lump crab with a lemon, ginger, and green tea infused buerre blanc accompanied by forbidden black rice & garnished with crispy fried wonton noodles

Quinoa stuffed portobello with broccoli rabe and a fire roasted tomato-eggplant sauce
