High Low Wine Pairing Dinner - March 31st, 6:30pm

PLEASE NOTE: All menu details, including wines, are subject to change based on availability. If anything is changed, it will be replaced with another product of a similar caliber.

First Course

Deviled egg sampler - They will be sinfully good...
Pairings: Sauvignon Blancs from Kim Crawford and Giesen

Second Course

Black salmon sesame tempura served with lemon-wasabi and ginger-sambal dipping sauces
Pairings: Sakes both from Ozeki

Third Course

Long stemmed marinated artichokes with cipollini balsamic onions, and sheep milk cheese, topped with lavender infused olive oil
Pairings: Pinot Noirs from Route 152 and Black Stallion

Fourth Course

Grilled Kurobuta tomahawk pork chop topped with bacon-shallot jam and Malbec jus. Served on grilled vegetable ribbons
Blind Pairings: Cabernet Sauvignons from Belle Ambiance and Bianchi

Dessert Course

Chocolate ganache tort with a cracked pepper and berry coulis topped with candied pecans and fresh berries
Pairings: Red Blends from Black Ink and Trefethen

To sign up for the dinner, please use OpenTable, In OpenTable, choose the number of people in your party and click find a table. Then, click the button for 6:30 pm. This will take you to the reservation page, which will ask for your credit card. Your credit card will be used to hold your reservation. When you make your reservation, if you want to be seated near certain people that are paying separately, please note that in the special requests field.

ALSO NOTE: Due to the special nature of this event, cancellations must be made by 3/27/2014. However, you are welcome to transfer your reservation to another party after that date, simply call us to let us know.
